The list is not comprehensive. Not all yehuborim will have their name on the list and gentiles can have last names on the list. In some cases, yehuborim took last names common in the gentile society around them to blend in.

Nupp some people have same surname even if they're 0% related - like surname that translates to Blacksmith or something like that. On the list is also surname Novak that's EXTREMELY common around here because it means 'the new guy' ... there are even villages called like that and I once heard of a guy called Novak Novak xD

I wouldn't be worried if you have a name on that list, after all if you were jewish then Satan wouldn't have accepted you. I have a jewish surname because I was adopted by a jewish woman, but that doesn't make me jewish now does it? (Thankfully, no.)
