Lately I have been feeling different. Energy feels stronger. I can
feel it more clearly than ever. Also along with these feelings I have
been getting some odd sensations. Day and night there is a feeling of
like liquid fire flowing through every part of me later it switches to
feeling like ice is flowing through me. Sometimes it hurts extremely
while other times I feel completely relaxed and feel amazing. I'm just
wondering what might exactly be going on. I know that you are supposed
to feel fire like energy along your spine when opening up all your
chakras and your kundalini is rising, but this isn't just in my spine
its in every part of me. My mind, my arms, back, sides, chest, legs,
hands, feet etc.
