"Links" page (JoS site)

Greetings.

As most of you have probably noticed, the "Links" page in the main JoS site is extremely outdated and serves no purpose nowadays.

For this reason, I suggest an overhaul of the "Links" page to adjust it to the reality of 2024. I have made a blueprint for what I believe the page should include, in the form of a small HTML page to portray that. The order of the sites is based on subjective importance.
