I have some questions about the kundalini serpent?

Sometimes I feel a very strong energy that starts around my pelvis and spreads throughout my body, which makes me tremble and tense all my muscles for a few seconds without wanting to.

Sometimes I do stretches up, towards the spine, in the lower parts of the pelvis, without wanting to, that is, I do them unconsciously for a few seconds

Is it possible that kundalini cannot activate because of the addictions I have?

And these blockages transmit to me the involuntary movements written above.

This is normal. The activation of Kundalini energy can have this effect, it had this effect on me years ago as well.
But I highly recommend you seek guidance from the Gods.

Because the kundalini energy can activate on its own depending on multiple factors, even factors extarnal to you, but you need to ask the Gods if this is your natural serpent activation, you're ready to raise the kundalini, if you should slow down on certain practices, if you should perhaps do more cleaning or a specific meditation, etc.

And since you mentioned you have some addictions, I remember you said on the forums before you did/do have gambling addictions which you said you learned to handle, case in which the above remains true, but if you have any other addictions, for example to substances, or similar, you should go to a doctor for the involuntary trembling, and think about the serpent later on your journey, but focus on healing. ☺️

Once, I felt the Kundalini. I was in agony all day from back pain, because the energy surging upward was much stronger than my chakras and soul could handle at the time (this was a year and a half or two years ago).

Thanks for the reply
But where have you seen an addict shaking because he didn't take his dose 🤣🤣🤣?
probably on tv

I can't understand the messages of the gods, they are too complex for me.
Anyway, my opinion is that the gods just watch and create balance in the universe
I have asked for help too much in vain

I did say "substances", this could be legal and illegal, you can count caffeine as a substance as well, and some of these consumed in high quantities do great damage to the nervous system and from my knowledge side effects of some of these do include involuntary trembling. It's not a movie only scene, this is the documented reality for some people unfortunately.

If you can't understand the messages of the Gods, you need to work on that more. Stop relying on your own opinion to justify the decisions of the Gods that you do not fully understand and start seeking real answers instead of assumptions.

Just like you can help a baby learn how to walk, you can't walk for the baby, as that would mean the baby doesn't know how to walk on its own and you never really helped.

The Gods can't put knowledge into your head out of nowhere. If you want to understand the messages of the Gods, study the Gods. And you'll realize, asking for their help is never really in vain, you just did not know how to receive it because of the lack of knowledge and sufficient spiritual understanding.

I had a horrible back pain a while back, just like you, the pain was taking my breath away, so I decided not to take any medication or anything like that for the pain, because I knew about kundalini and I didn't want to slow it down. I basically let the pain take its course and it went away over the next few hours.

You said addictions similar to gambling.

My opinion, and from experience, is that gambling addiction is not comparable to any other addiction to illegal substances or anything else.

Next, I want to tell you about a friend who went to the doctor for addictions and is now admitted to a mental hospital.
Whenever he comes out, I always tell him that he has nothing and that he just likes the crazy attitude 🙂 but he doesn't understand me.
but this post is about kundalini
and, as I wrote before
(same genocide everywhere: when people say addict they think of someone with a syringe in their hand in an abandoned house or shaking because they didn't take their dose)

It is very similar. One seeks a hit of temporal feel-good at the expense of their health. In this case, it comes from a flashy screen showing numbers and other images.

Everyone has their own ideas.
I don't need to argue about addictions as long as the topic was about kundalini.
However, my ideas are born from my own experiences with addictions.
In conclusion, it is bad and these addictions look like monsters

The post is about your trembling from what you asked, which you associated with the kundalini, to which I did say it could or could not be, considering what type of addictions you have, and to ask the Gods to make sure.

I understand your point of view, but do not twist my words. Here is what I said about addictions:
And since you mentioned you have some addictions, I remember you said on the forums before you did/do have gambling addictions which you said you learned to handle, case in which the above remains true, but if you have any other addictions, for example to substances, or similar, you should go to a doctor for the involuntary trembling, and think about the serpent later on your journey, but focus on healing. ☺️
And even though I did not suggest gambling to be similar in the first message, I did suggest it in the second, by telling you about the nervous system effect of these on yourself.

In different ways, different addictions fry your nervous system. This is why they are called addictions.

Let's take a look at the dictionary:

"Addiction is the strong, compulsive need to repeatedly use a substance or engage in a behavior (like gambling or gaming), despite harmful consequences. It involves physical or psychological dependence, where stopping causes severe distress."

If you look more into it, you will see that addictions, any addictions, trigger the production and release of dopamine. Dopamine, aside from being a pleasure hormone, also helps the basal ganglia filter out shaky, unnecessary movements so your physical actions are fluid.

For your body to stay still or move smoothly, the brain maintains a precise balance between dopamine (which helps initiate movement) and acetylcholine (which helps regulate it).

So when your body starts being in a state of hypodopaminergia (low dopamine), acetylcholine becomes dominant, overstimulating the nerves that control muscles. This chemical imbalance in the brain is what causes the shaking seen in addiction withdrawal.

Because the motor circuits are starved for the thing you are addicted to, they stop functioning correctly, leading to the physical instability and trembling.

So that is a physical sign that the brain's movement-control system is struggling to function without the high levels of dopamine it has grown used to. Now, this is true for ANY addiction, including gambling.

And because you did say just recently that you started withdrawing from gambling (again, you did not say about any other addictions as far as I remember), this could be a sign of your body adapting to the new, healthy levels of dopamine.

Because, since you have said you do not understand the messages of the Gods, chances are low that the trembling could come from the natural serpent activation, but it is rather a reaction of your nervous system healing. Which is still very good progress too, which you should be proud of. If you don't want to go to a doctor, that is perfectly fine and understandable.

Give yourself some time, and again, ask for direction from the Gods, and expect the unexpected. Because seeing your progress on the forums so far, you did become way better than you initially were when you joined.

Just saying, based on reality, not on opinions. You can think that your suffering is something unique, but it is a common thing these days among the vast majority of people.

I mean, you basically said I'm addicted and shaking from withdrawal.

Thanks for the reply!

I agree with you and have nothing to say except the following:

I haven't made any progress, I'm just as weak.

The same pain, suffering and despair every day is a busy schedule.

But don't worry about answering me and making me look at what's good, maybe I won't be here much longer on the site and you shouldn't waste your time showing me the truth.

There can be many reasons for the issue you described, and based on your original post alone, we can not make any conclusive and absolute statements with absolute certainty. It is best to invest time and effort in Zevist practice, to heal (which takes time, months, and years), and have another retrospective look when you have much more practical and theoretical knowledge under your belt. Obsessing over results in the short term with short-sightedness can be very discouraging, and I recommend having a more long-term perspective. This is a lifelong path, over multiple lifetimes, after all.

You are the one who said you are addicted in the beginning of the topic, I didn't. And I presented to you the possibility that these could be the cause of trembling, instead of the actual kundalini, and that you should ask the Gods to make sure it is the kundalini. Yet it seems like you took it offensively, and I hope I am wrong on this one and you actually didn't, because you wouldn't have any reason to.
