You said addictions similar to gambling.
My opinion, and from experience, is that gambling addiction is not comparable to any other addiction to illegal substances or anything else.
Next, I want to tell you about a friend who went to the doctor for addictions and is now admitted to a mental hospital.
Whenever he comes out, I always tell him that he has nothing and that he just likes the crazy attitude

but he doesn't understand me.
but this post is about kundalini
and, as I wrote before
(same genocide everywhere: when people say addict they think of someone with a syringe in their hand in an abandoned house or shaking because they didn't take their dose)
The post is about your trembling from what you asked, which
you associated with the kundalini, to which I did say it could or could not be, considering what type of addictions you have, and to ask the Gods to make sure.
I understand your point of view, but do not twist my words. Here is what I said about addictions:
And since you mentioned you have some addictions, I remember you said on the forums before you did/do have gambling addictions which you said you learned to handle, case in which the above remains true,
but if you have any other addictions, for example to substances, or similar, you should go to a doctor for the involuntary trembling, and think about the serpent later on your journey, but focus on healing.
And even though I did not suggest gambling to be similar in the first message, I did suggest it in the second, by telling you about the nervous system effect of these on yourself.
In different ways, different addictions fry your nervous system. This is why they are called
addictions.
Let's take a look at the
dictionary:
"Addiction is the strong, compulsive need to repeatedly use a substance or engage in a behavior (like gambling or gaming), despite harmful consequences. It
involves physical or psychological dependence, where stopping causes severe distress."
If you look more into it, you will see that addictions, any addictions, trigger the production and release of dopamine. Dopamine, aside from being a pleasure hormone, also helps the basal ganglia filter out shaky, unnecessary movements so your physical actions are fluid.
For your body to stay still or move smoothly, the brain maintains a precise balance between
dopamine (which helps initiate movement) and
acetylcholine (which helps regulate it).
So when your body starts being in a state of hypodopaminergia (low dopamine), acetylcholine becomes dominant, overstimulating the nerves that control muscles. This chemical imbalance in the brain is what causes the shaking seen in addiction withdrawal.
Because the motor circuits are starved for the thing you are addicted to, they stop functioning correctly, leading to the physical instability and trembling.
So that is a physical sign that the brain's movement-control system is struggling to function without the high levels of dopamine it has grown used to. Now, this is true for ANY addiction, including gambling.
And because you did say just recently that you started withdrawing from gambling (again, you did not say about any other addictions as far as I remember), this could be a sign of your body adapting to the new, healthy levels of dopamine.
Because, since you have said you do not understand the messages of the Gods, chances are low that the trembling could come from the natural serpent activation, but it is rather a reaction of your nervous system healing. Which is still very good progress too, which you should be proud of. If you don't want to go to a doctor, that is perfectly fine and understandable.
Give yourself some time, and again, ask for direction from the Gods, and expect the unexpected. Because seeing your progress on the forums so far, you did become way better than you initially were when you joined.
