kundalini snake

why do i feel my kundalini snake in my my upper chakras.. like head crown.. 6 chakra and that throat and sometimes is gives me headache does anyone know whys

When I go to public places, I get this enormous headache. Probably negative energies. I remember I went to get aHaircut, and this fat guy comes up to me :-( he touched my head and forehead (Crown and Sixth Chakras and my Third Eye). 
Try doing the holding at the bottom Breathing Exercise or the Sun/Moon one, it balances energies. Sorry I don'tHave a link
