Kundalini meditation back-pain

I was meditating on my Kundalini last night, and my back felt extremly weak, it was like a sharp pain shooting up my spine and I felt soar. Is this normal?AVE SATANS!-Pamela

yes it normal-sounds like your sushumi isn't open-the tube that goes up your spine and is the pathway for the kundalini-you can open it thru the advanced meditation titled-meditation to produce heat-on the jos site. good luck

This can also be due to a blocked chakra.
