So I know he speaks of Jewsus being the God-Man along with his misogyny but what about the actual knowledge itself? For example, he gives several meditations and explains the metaphysics of it. Albeit I'm assuming it's from previous sources.

Also, as a reference, one of the Rune meditations is taking the shape of the Rune Algiz and vibrating for 30 minutes. He calls it Man-Rune because you stand upright with your arms above your head yet angled down like the shape of Algiz. Following this it's called The Formation of the Grail-Chalice which I haven't read yet.

I only practice JOS material but was curious to the validity of the above.
