I was doing some research on Baphomet, when i ran into this.it says here specificly http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... homet.htmlthe earliest account of the baphomet was found in Latter times of the knights templar around 1118.
it says the earliest account of the knights templarwhich is the christians first crusade is in around 1119.
the question is, IF the knights templar is Purely the enemy,why would they use the baphomet (which they portray to be satanic) to idolize,publicly knowing the secrets it holds ?

in my perspective, the knights templar is purely a Christian thing.with that being said , how would there ever be Early accounts of satanic accounts if the earliest accounts consisted of a bunch of greedy Christians out to STEALAncient Relics? please help me , im So confused as to why the JoS would use theKnight's Templar as an example for baphomet .
