keeping satanism a secret

I've been a Satanist now for several years and have been studying the occult and meditating for even longer, so far nobody except people online knows anything about it. My family aren't very religious at all anyway but still they don't know.

And I keep seeing posts from people who are having problems with other people because of Satanism and I just want to ask why do you tell other people in the first place?

I'm the kind of person that don't share anything with other people unless I have to (except for in this group where nobody knows me in person) I'm not saying everyone needs to be how I am but wasn't it a bit obvious there would be consequences if you told people about Satanism? And it does even say in the Al Jilwah not to speak of Satan to those without after all.

..Hail Satan!! What you say is true, yet sometimes many get simply tired of "living a lie" so to speak.. You know the Truth, --many wish to share it..
When living in xian household, underage..ect.. it is simply not advisable...
I understand what you are saying, Yet--comes a time when ppl need to WAKE UP If it's 'unsafe' for you..so be it. Satan says this yes! in Al Jilwah..
But i spread Truth where i can, see ones who are open to it, then go from there...
