People usually want information about how to become an artist, make money that way, doing nothing but being you and the best you, that’s called being a celebrity.
Being a celebrity is a job and mainly you just want to focus on your work. You enter into a field and someone either signs you, mentors you, or both. Sometimes it’s just Hollywood but international relationships are the thing, travel is always involved.
Drugs and drug use especially where there’s money, there’s so many people that’ll try to contact you or influence you - people do drugs everywhere regardless of the reason. There are definitely (a lot of men) who will think “maybe giving her drugs will make her sleep with me/fall in love with me”
Anyone with a daughter or at least me, I get concerned about that and make it a point to look out for the girls around me regardless of drama and ego - whether they’re already an international celebrity or a girl I just met (or don’t know)
So, honesty is also important. I think about this moment when Tyra Banks lost her mind on a girl for being an escort, what she said wasn’t reasonable in the slightest but frustration over lying is fair unless it’s really innocent.
Girls endure physical trauma through labor, pain, and what people always want. It’s always something and people are willing to become disgusting, threatening, and literal heathens before they even get an answer,
In 2024 this behavior that I had only really experienced online became bad in person and this caused me to have to move.
I live no where right now.
This is what being an artist can be like, but I’m so grateful too because like I tried to say before, for every 1 bad person it seems like there’s 5 amazing ones.
I wasn’t exactly “signed” but I was “recognized” in 2020-2021, this person is/was famous enough to make hundreds of people make remarks about it locally, friends started noticing my phone calls were from people I didn’t know were famous.
My ex and I were having some trouble - fairly normal but we had a group project too. He felt that me leaving would damage the project, people started acting like I sold my soul (irl) becoming delusional making statements like I joined the illuminati.
I miss my friends. People here are more sane than people irl now.
