Some insider information about the justice system and others who might be facing legal trouble, even though some crimes are treated the same it doesn’t mean they’re the same.

When there’s a victim in a circumstance then there is probably a crime, so there’s one part of it. Different courts also do different things, but something important to know which a lot of people are aware of are that cops (where criminal investigations start) are just people. To kids they can seem like heroes but there are details they miss often and even negligently.

Judgement in society about crime is sometimes not even that a person cares about what a person did but just about what they can hate on the person in question for without any personal accountability for their role in society, so even someone with a felony charge might also be a victim to some extent.

I’ve witnessed first hand something called false reports too where someone has actually fabricated a crime scene in order to have someone arrested (family issue) that person went to extreme lengths to create that scene, and that’s a felony for obvious reasons.

Police are more likely to arrest someone for something minor rather than catch a felony issue, felony indictments require hard evidence and from what I know too, aren’t easy to manage. It also takes up time in the system.

But, that’s also really important because a lot of harm is being inflicted in the process.

Said family member that creates crime scenes and reports other family members is “mentally ill,” but that family member (since you can’t have any contact with them) is better off in a long term facility, no one wants to manage dangerous people because of… “resources,” too.

I wish I had more advice for anyone that’s really dealt with similar.

You need a very good lawyer for these things, and these are lawyer and law related topics. They can help you support your case in front of the courts.

Yes, it's true that the legal system can have major gaps. Legal system does (when it's good) the best it can do to maintain a notion of justice in society. Corruption and other things like false positives are not uncommon in these processes. That's why lawyers etc are required. There are many imbalances, theoretically legal systems improve also by sometimes doing errors. In certain countries, there can be major corruption even in that department; it all depends.

We cannot give you direct legal advice but as far as life advice is concerned, if you are ever confronted with anything, know your rights and allow the lawyer to talk, because even if you are innocent of something and it's said wrong, data is the only thing a proper legal procedure cares about and THEN innocence, emotions and logic.

Yes, people run the Justice system and the Police systems and they aren't bad people, in most cases, they are trying to do their job. Their job is sensitive, emotionally charged, sometimes dangerous even for them, and it's all a very complicated area of activity.

This is a 10 year issue, definitely a great reply but public awareness deal. There’s a lot of assumptions (I’ve had attorneys) about people who are accused, police have authority so when they make a claim it is different than the original person making the accusation in a court system.

I did also take a politics course. The professor would reiterate the problem is in the judicial branch. They are not required to take certain courses and this entire issue is actually not constitutional, basically what it’s operating like is an internal monarchy or dictatorship.

It takes time, money, and obviously an available attorney at best which a lot of people lack.

I haven’t had any charges but that can easily change and be used against someone. The most major issue is how appalling it is that people are actively detained and accused of something, I could think of it like even though I know someone who exploits that flaw, it’s a larger internal issue.

And I guess right now I don’t know whether or not arrested means charged or whether or not it gets dismissed after a trial means (charged) so redact whether or not I’ve been charged with anything. Whatever happens to me is aside the point.

That should be an easy thing to answer thought and it’s not. I think legal education should be mandatory, attorneys are also not always as savvy as someone who’s educated.

Also, there’s another pattern where people do this to actually steal or commit a crime. Probably already said that but this could also play out like someone is a homeowner and their home was broken into, and then that person in their home claims the owner is trespassing and or something else when they get caught and for some reason instead the homeowner is restricted from their property and faces charges.

My situation is different but that’s also happened, someone decided my purse was more valuable than friendship and called the police, took the bag and police don’t know the difference between someone being abusive and committing a crime and instead they’re supporting the crime & being conned by the person calling.

Should not happen because I think the situation seems obvious. Obviously all different cases.
