Just ran into a problem

When I was in my meditative state constructing my astral temple (took almost an hour) everything was going well but when I was finished and I opened my eyes I immediately felt VERY tired and fatigued.
Anyone know why this happend?

when you use alot of of energy, can cause this. breath in energy from the sun if u can, will help. HS/88
