Just Got Started with Satanism

Hello. I'm quite new to Satanism, and I was looking for some guidance by experienced Satanists.
A month ago, I did my Satanic dedication ritual, but overall, I've been quite confused as to where to start. I know that I should be starting with a schedule of power meditation, but how does one form a schedule? I also don't know much about chakras, how they work, what each one does, et cetera. There's just such an amount of information that's overwhelming me, and I'm so excited to learn all of it, but I don't know where or how to start. Can someone help me out with this?

Try this, don't stress yourself over the time it takes to do the meditations, the more you relax, the better they work.

Don't fear doing it wrong or not perfect.I'd like a one on one thing too but nobody usually gets that here.Following JOS start to finish is good but there are few things you can do out of order.Doing something wrong shouldn't be feared.It tea he's like no other what is right.I believe that's what as known as the hard way.Any time is a good time to shuffle through Satan's Library.

Thank you to the both of you. I'll keep these things in mind. Also, thank you, elephant255_rises, for the pdf. I'll definitely be using it. Also, one other question: in a standard ritual to Lord Satan, is a silver chalice required, or can it be of other material, such as glass?
