JoS mail goin to "spam" folder

my JoS mail is going to my span folder. About 10%. not that big a prob but i wonder if it's fixable?

It happened occasionally to me.  Sometimes the system does recognize the names.  Click not span when it does that and those that regularly write will be in your inbox.  Might also go into setting and ask that email with certain phases like JoS4adults always goes to your inbox.  Just check you span file every day as things just simply end up there.  Hope this helps.   In a message dated 12/31/2010 9:26:19 A.M. this happened to me many times, i just keep checking and click on "not spam" that is all i know what to do and i don't understand why it happens. Hailz/88
