<td val[/IMG]I'm so tired of this. I got laid off of my job three months ago and my family is going through a financial crisis. It's not like I don't apply to places, it's just that no one ever calls me back. But I've been falling behind in my meditations and rituals. Lately, I've been paying attention to them again but my xian father won't stop pestering me about getting a job!!
I won't to focus on breaking old habits born from my 20 years under the enemy's oppression and getting back into a good habit of meditation. I know Lord Enki is watching out for me (he's done so many things for me already!) but being jobless is causing me more and more stress!
I want to look for a job but I always get the feeling that I should continue working on myself and trust that Lord Enki will help me when I'm ready.
I don't know.

This isn't an either/or situation. You can still apply for work AND work on your spiritual development and advancement. Perhaps you can also include a meditation/ritual specifically geared to the successful outcome of your job search as well.

Hey brother do not feel bad that you do not have a job a lot of us in America are jobless these days I myself am living on dshs till I can find work it's called ga-u but most states only give you 339$ in cash this cannot support most of us but if you have to survive till you can find a job go for it.Keep up your meditations since it will keep your mood uplifted and focused and you can get a job sooner do some simple magick to draw a job that you can do that your good at.Brother keep your head up things do and will get better very soon.

I am definitely inclined to agree. I actually did just that today myself as a matter of fact. I got laid off a couple months ago, and I have been searching relentlessly, but to no avail. I decided that perhaps I should ask Father for assistance today. If you think about it, when one dedicates, all that is asked for in exchange for allegiance is his manifold assistance in helping us successfully complete our endeavors, and if we are already working hard at something then why not ask for assistance when we need it most, right? Satan will see fit to help those who seek him and also seek to help themselves.

I'm in the same boat!
i really don't know what to do ... i have been a year looking for a job after i went to school for a new career but it has taken me nowhere! my original goal was to move out of my house, since i good part of why i cant develop spiritually is cause of the constant stress in my family.
on top of that i have seriously fallen off the wagon (meditation wise) and cant focus for crap!! what with all the personal financial stress. on top of all this, my family is now in a financial pickle and i could be earning money to help out! but i cant even help my self!!
its not like i haven't gone for a good career either, 9-1-1 emergency service communicator(9-1-1 operator), and its not like i haven't done everything i possibly can to get a job, i have gone to every agency and used every government funded program to fix my resume and help me get a job.

i have decided that i need to try to get focused so i have been doing my meditation and a bit of yoga to try to catch up but if it hasn't been hard enough already!! i get attack every time i even attempt to go to the astral! last night i got strangled by something in the astral... it may seem trivial to most but i have a habit of calling for help in my sleep from the astral to the physical when i get attacked, it scares me that they have caught on to this.

i would ask for help from Enki, but it seems a bit much to ask when you, your self haven't been meditating regularly and doing your part in general. besides, i already bug the guy EVERY TIME I GO TO THE ASTRAL! i seriously think this is over-kill want with the constant attack after attack every time! and i already feel bad asking him for help for this.

so ... in short... i understand your situation completely! it hard to meditate for more then a minute with all this stress racing threw your head and i hope some one who has gone threw this can give some unique advice.

<td val[/IMG]remember we are also magical beings in a sense magic is preformed by will power alone I got laid of in the worst time and begged belial whom I asked to adopt me as a son to aid me went of a resume spree and job app spree for a week, finally it was my dental hygenist who got me a job now I am working two my old one and one that I really enjoy I brought it through sheer will power alone I changed my cards because I believed in it, I asked my assistance as well as did a ritual and burned a dollar in a form of faith in lucifer asking for it to be amplified in all aspects and so it was done now my dreams are unfolding I have a 4.0 in college. I am making mad money, about to be out of debt soon, and currently working on meditation and unleashing my kundalini every time I meditate I no longer think of it as a job only a way to gain influence as a pleasurable experience in which I may connect with the universe. be strong and have faith is all I am saying if we don't have faith in ourselves who can we have faith in, much love brothers and sisters stay strong

<td val[/IMG]Faith in myself was something I lost a long time ago when I was atheist. But Lord Enki has just showed me my worth and what I'm capable of. Now, part of what I'm working on is improving myself physically and breaking free of the habits of laziness and low self-esteem.
I know I can do a job attraction spell but I'm not sure what energy to use. I've done it before and used a green energy and it worked pretty well but if there's a specific energy to use, I'd like to know!
And venessa, if there's one thing I've learned it's have faith, work hard and don't give up! And don't worry about asking Lord Enki for help! He's always here for us. I'm not as good as other at saying profound things but trust Lord Enki and don't be afraid of asking him for help!

For energy color,  use intensely bright bright Green/Gold.  Green signifies wealth, and gold signifies great wealth, but in an overall fashion.  Both go great togethor.  You take a bank statement, a money bill and simply use it in a ritual with the energy color.  There are other things you can add, but since it is personal I'll just leave that up to your imagination.

You don't always have to call on father everytime you really need help, as there are other gods.  You also have your GD, which you can call on if you don't know his/her name.  If it makes you feel any better and are not aware of your GD's presence you can simply ask father to send you one. 

Ontop of that, on the JoS there are a list of Gods you can call on to help you (each rules specific areas).  Try that out.

I can relate to your situation somewhat Vanessa. I have to deal with xianity in my family and I find living with my family to be stressful. Not to mention, that my home can also be disruptive which isn't good for meditation either. The only time where I remember myself truly being relaxed was when I was by myself. Your and my situation seems to be fairly common for Satanists in their late teens to early twenties.

Anyways, I'm hoping to get my own apartment soon. Then I will be at greater liberty to practice Satanism. I was thinking that if I get my affairs in order, I might offer to let one of these "stuck at home" Satanists live with me. As far as repayment goes, all I would expect is that they be a good apartment mate and if possible, help out with things like paying rent and whatever else might need to be done. Sounds fair, right? In a way, I'm kind of surprised more Satanists don't do this. Shared living has advantages like being able to meet and work with other Satanists and sharing responsibility for the payment of living costs. Contact with Satanic roommates could also negate loneliness and foster positive and satisfying friendships. Then again, perhaps this sort of thing is more common than I am aware?

Would anybody like to comment on my thoughts here? Do you think more Satanists should be sharing their residencies? I think shared living with other Satanists is a remarkable possibility that many Satanists may have overlooked. If you think I'm onto something here, then maybe we could figure out a way to help better facilitate this. Services for Satanists who want Satanic roommates, know what I mean?

By the way, wasn't there someone in the group who said that if they won the lottery, they would buy a big mansion and let other Satanists stay in it? It sounded like kind of a nifty deal! Besides that, I also heard of someone interested in creating a commune.

on top of that i have seriously fallen off the wagon (meditation wise) and cant focus for crap!! what with all the personal financial stress. on top of all this, my family is now in a financial pickle and i could be earning money to help out! but i cant even help my self!!
its not like i haven't gone for a good career either, 9-1-1 emergency service communicator(9-1-1 operator), and its not like i haven't done everything i possibly can to get a job, i have gone to every agency and used every government funded program to fix my resume and help me get a job.

i have decided that i need to try to get focused so i have been doing my meditation and a bit of yoga to try to catch up but if it hasn't been hard enough already!! i get attack every time i even attempt to go to the astral! last night i got strangled by something in the astral... it may seem trivial to most but i have a habit of calling for help in my sleep from the astral to the physical when i get attacked, it scares me that they have caught on to this.

i would ask for help from Enki, but it seems a bit much to ask when you, your self haven't been meditating regularly and doing your part in general. besides, i already bug the guy EVERY TIME I GO TO THE ASTRAL! i seriously think this is over-kill want with the constant attack after attack every time! and i already feel bad asking him for help for this.

so ... in short... i understand your situation completely! it hard to meditate for more then a minute with all this stress racing threw your head and i hope some one who has gone threw this can give some unique advice.

Now, not only did I go to a job I saw in the newspaper but I filled out the application at the place and turned it in. Got an interview I aced and now I'm waiting for the call to come in!! It's a great place and I know I'm going to love it! And they're going to love me cause I always put my all into a job.

For future endeavors.

1) charge and put an aura around the application
2) when you shake hands with interviewer, do similar techniques to engender similar feelings in him.  This is 1 way telepathy and yes it does require energy (thoughts are energy). 

3) Of course prior to going to any interview, you should also do a spell by visualizing all that energy and picturing the interview going successfully.  You should also visualize after the interview that you receive a call back.  Get creative with this stuff.

These things should be done in conjunction with the ritual spell that you do.  It requires not just doing a formal ritual (whether its physical ritual or non-physical mindpower), but also on the spot magick, which really means using your mindpower at the same time you are interacting with your environment and people.  That of course can be tricky and can be advanced, but you will never reach that point of mastering it until you actually get started practicing it.  Then of course there is no such thing as true mastery, but just getting better =)   hope this helps.
