Itchy skin on legs, maybe increased bio-electricity?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if increased bio-electricity in the body leads to itchier skin.
It's not my laundry detergent (I've been using it for a while), not my shaving cream that I have been using for months (I use an all-natural hair conditioner to shave legs and armpits), nor the body lotion (organic and natural from Alaffia) that I use to moisturize my hands and legs after a shower, that I have been using for over a month now.
It's just the lower legs too, although sometimes I scratch my sides and arms. Tonight my nails are short so there is no damage done.
I do get hives from extreme stress, or if the kundalini awakening process feels like doing that to me. Thankfully that hasn't happened in over a year, but I still get skin itch. When it gets bad enough that I scratch in bed (certainly always the legs) I take Reactine in the morning (non-drowsy) to deal with the day and to sleep without scratching, I take an anti-histamine that was prescribed to me from my doctor. It knocks me out in 35 minutes.
I take some medications, but don't feel like listing them because anyone can look them up and see the condition I have. I don't wish to disclose them.
I ask because there are times I feel my bio-electricity more. It sits there on my skin, buzzing with energy, at rest. It comes and goes. Especially after kundalini awakening symptoms like kriyas.
Thanks for reading.

I should also probably mention I claw at my face and scalp because it's so damn itchy.
I also have very dry, sensitive skin but I use good moisturizers for face, body and hands, the same ones for some months now.

why tf are you taking random medications, if your kundalini awakening is so powerful that you get anxiety then you need to be directing your power better.

you should be constantly healing yourself, instead of ruining your brain with knockout pills day in and day out.
if you are...nevermind
its not your bio electricity its probably your body pushing toxins out of your skin making you itchy.

Itchiness is due to wind..

Wind can be generated by heat, or dryness.

Increased bioelectricity which has become stagnant or blocked may generate heat, but dryness is a different matter altogether.

Is the only way to remedy the skin itch is by anti-histamines?

No, I don't take medications for gastro esophageal reflux.
Thanks for answering my post, though.

Antihistamines are a band aid if anything.

Do you take any medications for gastro esophageal reflux?

Magus, how long exactly have you been having these itches or 'skin crawlies' ? Before or after you started  kundalini practice?
Also what is the condition of the skin on your legs? rough? Patchy?
have you introduced anything new to your diet at all?
Also, also... What kind of soap do you use and do you scrub or wash your legs everyday?

Hi High Priestess Shannon,
I have been aware of  skin 'tingling' / crawlies one time, for a week or so, in my 2nd year of being a Spiritual Satanist. About 5 years ago. It lasted a week, when I was away on vacation. It was the kundalini, for sure.
The skin 'itchies' I have had for about 2-3 months now, if I recall correctly. This is where I scratch very forcefully.Thankfully I haven't had any hives for about 2-3 years, it used to get on my face and knees. Now it's just itching skin.
As horrible as it is to say, (but it's out of my control) I haven't done yoga in 6 years because I have violent kriyas-symptoms of the kundalini awakening process- (twitching, jerking, vocalization-making animal noises like roaring and hissing-, mouth and tongue strong gyrations/movement, thrashing of the limbs, swirling in circles in my seat, stuff like that.) I am unable to sit still when attempting to do yoga in the past. My serpent knows to do this when I am at home, in the privacy of my room. I don't get that much trouble in public.
I am thinking of taking yoga classes in public and seeing how that goes.
The kundalini awakening process has been very active for me, for a little over 7 years now.
I shave everyday with a hair conditioner, made with natural ingredients (majority of it.) It's a large bottle and I have been using it for about 6 months. I don't think it could be that because I only started getting strong skin itchies about 2-3 months ago. I moisturize with an all-natural body lotion. I have used that for a month now on hands and lower legs. It doesn't make me scratch my hands.
The condition of my legs is smooth. Not rough or dry. My face is drier than the rest of my body. I use shea butter on my face.
I use Live Clean Body Wash in the shower  (I think it's only available in Canadian locations of Walmart...I never saw it in the USA when I visited) made with natural ingredients. I keep using stuff with natural ingredients because it gives me NO rash unlike the other, commercial products in the drugstore and specialty stores.
I use a shower poof in the shower everyday. I wipe my whole body with it. Maybe I am being too harsh? But it feels nice. I wash my legs too with it. Then I rinse off and shave my legs.

Are you taking anti histamines for it?
When I have itchy legs in the past, it was from a mild form of eczema due to constants scrubbing of the skin with harsh soap everyday. Contrary to belief, one doesn't have to wash every part of their skin with soap and water as the body has bacteria on the skin that is already self cleaning for us and keeps our skin moisturized. Using soap and water kills this bacteria and causes issues.
If you have dry skin all over your body it can just manifest in different ways. Shaving can also irritate the skin.
Are you getting any kinds of stress lately? Mild forms? Perhaps hives just mildly surfacing? It could be that increased bio-electricity is causing this from what you are saying and it seems you know your body and routine enough.
I suggest you change up your skin routine and use oils for your legs like shea butter, coconut oil, palm oil, etc. You don't have to scrub your legs everyday. Try it. I'm just speaking from experience because I use to have itchy legs too.
Ever heard of emu oil? This could help you for your legs and skin in general.
I'm also wondering if it is internal. A reaction that is happening.

Just be clear..

The type of dryness and heat I am referring to is internal dryness and internal heat.

Not the condition of the skin.

No amount of external ointments can change the internal organ function and thus only mask the true condition of the body by temporarily fixing the skin surface.

The secret to true skin perfection lies in the proper function of the organs.

Anyway, I digress.

Histamine is not the only thing which creates itching, although it can be a by-product of stomach acid suppression.

What is more likely, in light of what you have mentioned is that the fire of Kundalini is creating wind.. This indicates that your energetic flow is impaired and this is evident - you do not do yoga as you should and thus the creative energy is trapped and becoming hot causing wind stirring...

Nicely said, Central Force. Makes sense based on her symptoms and lack of yoga.

Your knowledge is very valuable to this group.

I"ll give kundalini yoga a try again. I stopped doing it 6 years ago. Maybe I won't get such intense kriyas if I do it in public, in a class. I am willing to do that.
CentralForce, you are spot-on. My skin has become drier and I have to use heavier face balms/butters. I also have to drink more fluids (non-alcoholic) to stay hydrated.
If Kundalini yoga would solve all my problems concerning this, I'm all for it.

HPS Shannon, I never considered that the scrubbing of my legs in the shower everyday might contribute to itchy skin. I know Wal-mart has Emu oil and so does the health food store. I will give that a try.

I am dealing with mild forms of stress lately. A lot of dross, past life and current life issues are rising to the surface of my mind and I am dealing with that. My serpent sees it fit for me to deal with this now, because I am able to handle it. I am going through major physical-realm and internal transformations of the mind and soul. It's been like this for about 1.5 months now. It's like my serpent is turning everything up a notch so I can better evolve, deal with skeletons in my closet and leave the past behind so I can be free to manifest my future and be successful in all endeavors. I know it's a good future.
I appreciate you both answering my concerns and helping me to find a solution. My thanks to you both.
