Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if increased bio-electricity in the body leads to itchier skin.
It's not my laundry detergent (I've been using it for a while), not my shaving cream that I have been using for months (I use an all-natural hair conditioner to shave legs and armpits), nor the body lotion (organic and natural from Alaffia) that I use to moisturize my hands and legs after a shower, that I have been using for over a month now.
It's just the lower legs too, although sometimes I scratch my sides and arms. Tonight my nails are short so there is no damage done.
I do get hives from extreme stress, or if the kundalini awakening process feels like doing that to me. Thankfully that hasn't happened in over a year, but I still get skin itch. When it gets bad enough that I scratch in bed (certainly always the legs) I take Reactine in the morning (non-drowsy) to deal with the day and to sleep without scratching, I take an anti-histamine that was prescribed to me from my doctor. It knocks me out in 35 minutes.
I take some medications, but don't feel like listing them because anyone can look them up and see the condition I have. I don't wish to disclose them.
I ask because there are times I feel my bio-electricity more. It sits there on my skin, buzzing with energy, at rest. It comes and goes. Especially after kundalini awakening symptoms like kriyas.
Thanks for reading.
