It’s like I’m starting to see these white things shining kind of, telling me things, I think, rather know it’s the enemy is this normal? It’s like some thoughts feel like thee not mine or something

The enemy can mess with our heads. It is normal for us to feel like some of our thoughts are not ours. Just don't freak out, and meditate. Those thoughts will pass, and it will become easier to maintain control of your own mind, while blocking out thoughts that you do not need or do not belong to you.
