Isnt this werid

hello fellow Zevists
i meditate almost 2 times a day daily but i found this strange thing happening to me. whenever i meditate in d afternoon,just after meditation i feel very sleepy.
whereas, when i meditate at night, its like i lose my sleep.from the past one week i sleep after 3 or 4 am.
And one more thing,whenever i meditate i sumtimes feel a ticklish feeling at the position of the third eye.its like its cumin from within

anyody knows wats happening??

I have that too with void meditation if i try for longer then 10 mins.
If I do meditations involving energy its usually the exact opposite.
I don't know how to stop this since I fail,

But your third eye is very likely opening up, Which is a good sign.
