Is this the use of my chakras ??

Yo! Since I can remember Ive had the ability to do this weird shit with my ears, or inside my head rather. I can create this deep humming and when I do, it can often provoke a yawn. I've asked people if they can do it too, but no one I've asked can. Is this my Charkra's next to my left and right ears, or is there another explanation to this ?
