Is there anything about blacks, or other ethnicities?

I was raised with a lot of racism in the mormon church. Just to be clear- Satanism doesn't care at all about ethnicity aside from Yehuborim? So black, asian, white, doesn't matter?
Also, I'd heard that Yehuborim can't be Satanists. What's the deal with that?
