Is there a form of existence beyond time?

I've read so much of people speaking of "The past, present, and future all simultaneously existing at once" or something like that. Do the higher dimensions exist like that? Or is it perhaps a different perception of time? Just thought I'd ask.

Eh? I didn't really... read/hear that anywhere... ._.Do you mind sharing your source or something?

Some higher dimensions do not have the flow of time, at least as we "know" it. I personally view time as a 57 sided spinning gateway to all kinds of infinitely long reflective, seemingly one-way time flow bio-photonic quantum holography "realities" or time streams, if you prefer. But they only seem to be linear while you are focused on living in that one, rather than directing your attention to the other ones that are whirling in most other directions. That's just my personal take on things though, so don't put too much stock in it.
