Is it safe to do yoga when on menstruation

The main yoga page https://satanisgod.org/Yoga2.html on the power meditations doesn't say that women on their menstruation shouldn't do inverted asanas but the microsoft doc https://satanslibrary.org/Hatha Yoga Sample Session.pdf does say this.

So is it safe to do the inverted asanas?
