Is it impossible that they can be are high priestess or high priest when he/she does not follow the Joy of Satan's teaching but when he serves Father Satan?
The Joy of Satan clergy work directly with Satan. There are people and organizations out there who work for Satan but are not affiliated with the Joy of Satan.
