After performing successful evocations, i wanted to try invocation

I found no way to do it in ToZ & The forum, are there steps one must follow? Such as chanting the Gods name while visualising sigil and doing something that will open the initiate to perform a successful invocation?

After getting the green light from my Guardian Demon, i kept waiting and nothing happened

There are many links in the "Magick and Witchcraft" section concerning advice about this.

Before doing an invocation you should have all the information you can find about it.
Also, a God or Daemon will not cooperate unless you are advanced, and are psychically open to do this. It's all about your level of advancement which enables you to be "open" and understand what's happening.
This is empathized by your relationship with your GD. Over time you become "tuned" to each other and understand what They are saying to you. HPS Maxine said she would be talking to someone and her GD would immediately jump in and tell her what to do.
This is what it's all about here, becoming spiritually advanced to do these things with meditation/yoga and the rituals with the Gods.

In the Gods rituals you invoke them, invoke their power, get a glimpse of access to their dimension of power. The extent and level of this depends on how advanced (especially clean) you are, how respectful and aligned you are with them, how relaxed and deep trance you are in, and finally the ritual itself.

Should each gender do more rituals of Gods with same gender to avoid losing either the masculine or feminine energy because of ‘invocation’ of opposite energy?

If a Goddess speaks or acts through a man after an invocation, will the speech and acting be feminine? Since i read in ToZ voice might change, i am a bit uncomfortable about that if its the case

I felt a Goddess energy after a ritual but it was nothing but pure calm loving feeling, nothing ‘feminising’, i thought its just my body reacting to the ritual i did not know its a glimpse of the Goddess energy

You won't lose anything because of the God rituals, but yes generally for women, Goddess rituals are going to be more significant, and for men the opposite. But it doesn't mean one should not do the opposite gender Gods rituals. Especially in schedules and when you need help in a specific things. You should build a relationship with them as well and they are going to be just as helpful. They still govern parts of your soul and so on so forth. For example Thoth is your 3rd eye, there is no other way in unlocking your third eye but through Thoth, because He is literally your 3rd eye. Gods and Goddesses are both integral in both gender's soul, but there are specific Goddesses and Gods whose rituals will be more significant for their gender.
