I was just waiting for an online job interview with a Xtian organization, I am not sure why I bothered to apply. Its my field of work unfortunately, its often associated with Xtians. I just got stood up for the interview, and this actually has happened several times before and when I followed up on this they blamed the 'interviewing system'.
Apparently when one applies for a job, the system automatically asks one to enroll into an interview position. But if for whatever reason one is not selected it doesn't send one any notice. I called the manager who was supposed to interview me, and he was quite rude, and instead of any apology he just kept on saying "you weren't selected'. So, its happened again, and I am not too surprised, but I am not so interested in complaining again, and having it fall on deaf ears.
The helpful feedback for them, they aren't interested in hearing about either. Its that if this happens too often, how will anyone ever bother wanting to apply?
