internet Chakra Sounds??

Ok ill make it short and crystal clear. This chakra sounds on YOutube with wierd sounds is it Total Bullshit or Negative or Really work? Need an Absolute answer Thank you

The best method of becoming aware of the chakra sound is through your own meditation. There is an account of how the sounds seem on the JoS site, you should read this. Then when you have a basic idea of what your looking for enter a deep trance state, meditate specifically on a particular chakra. Focus your intent on finding the sounds, if your able to and your chakra are healthy enough more than likely you will become aware of them.

I know the sounds your talking about on youtube, they have helped me to a degree with meditation. In my personal experience though the sounds are not the same as the youtube videos.
