We all know that Yoga is BEAUTIFUL and very HEALING.I cried after seeing this inspirational video and made me cry. During and after the video I thought about father Satan and one of his gifts to his children. Yoga!I felt like doing my Hatha yoga big time! Wow, that was amazing. I try to do yoga daily. I always wonder am I amcomplishing something, but this video showed me that I am making progress. What Satan and the Gods teach us truly shows that it teaches us to make a difference in our life.

And here I thought I have it rough.Damn, my setbacks and problems seem like nothing compared to what this guy had to go through.Maybe I'm just getting lazy again...Anyway, thx a lot for that vid Shannon, it's a good watch And as HP Don mentioned, this is only one part of 8 Fold Path. Still, it did so much good. Imagine what would happen if that guy was actually practicing it whole.
Maybe I have to think my practice through and make neccessary changes (if any). Anyway, I needed my motivation up.
