Was going good, then one day woke up late about a week ago, and kinda derped around didn't do anything spiritual... kinda happened for a few more days (though I'm still doing both my workings every day), and finally got around to doing yoga 2 days ago.

Well I did Hatha yoga, then proceeded to Kundalini yoga, first round... I guess I did it too fast or something. Went to the next round, but just... couldn't do it. My back was in horrible pain, and it collapsed on itself. Spent the next two hours lying in bed, legs in pain, back in pain, lower arms in pain... couldn't walk straight.

Thing is, my back -still- hurts, and my legs do too when laying down (I think I pinched a nerve). I can't get to a doctor really.

My energy is dismally low, and doing vibrations hurts fairly bad... What do I do?

Firstly i would do a banishing ritual and then perhaps absorb energy from the earth and empower your aura for extra energy.

Work out a way to see a Doctor, this is very important. Spinal and back injuries should be taken very seriously.

Other than that, the best you can do for your back is just rest. Take it easy. Keep your meditations up, all of them, not just the workings. And try doing some simple yoga that dosn't put too much stress on your spine or back or cause pain.

Send yourself some healing energies where it hurts. See if you can get a couple of pain killers for temporary relief. Do some mild massage to the affected areas. If you can later, you may want to see a physician.
Also, it is always better to do Kundalini yoga first as it opens up the chakras, so once you get into hatha yoga or anything else, there will be an easy flow of energy without blockage. What may have happened in your case is that since you did the opposite way, your energies may have been blocked and that is what has hurt your body. Also, you need to keep in mind that, if you do hatha yoga too fast after a few days of gap, your body tends to hurt.

Stop it and only do it when the pain stops and without effort or pushing yourself. What people usually forget is that yoga is not physical exercise, but it's a relaxing thing. You shouldn't do that by pushing and straining yourself, but in a relaxed way and with attention. If you feel pain when you do an exercise, it means you're pushing yourself.

How will a banishing ritual help an injury? And there are far better steps than "absorbing energy from the earth and empowering the aura for extra energy". Energy from the Sun would be far better as it can be used to heal as well.

It is not "always better to do Kundalini Yoga first". Hatha Yoga opens the Chakras, improves and increases Energy flow, and stimulates the Soul. Doing Hatha Yoga first will NOT create problems, in fact it can be a great way to start Meditation sessions as it opens you up, makes the body loose and open and the effects of other meditations can be amplified from this. Doing Hatha and then Kundalini is amazingly energizing and feels incredible.

I always do my meditations after yoga...

Also, I guess my back is healed up now. I'll do yoga after I sleep. Sleep is very important. :3
