Information desired regarding retrogrades and how they effect magick

Has anyone begun a square during a retrograde? What was the outcome?

I desire to begin the Saturn retrograde as soon as possible to help me hastily achieve a healing, however I can wait until it is direct.

Also, has anyone done more than one square at a time? I want to also do a moon square to help with a debilitated moon and if they overlap all I can see as a challenge is too much energy or energy being reprogrammed so to speak if I don't wait long enough between workings.

Its not the best idea since the meditations are powerful your energy needs time to adjust and not mix with the other squares. Direct focus, those large squares cause drastic change, seriously. Halfway through its like light gets shined on a part that's been in the dark so long that its like WOAH wtf and throws a fit too. Theres somewhere that says things try to push against you halfway through from the change. I don't have 100% answer for you but there's the reasoning that says enough

As for during retrogrades idk. I wanted to but didnt want it to be a waste of time. My idea is the square helps to connect with that planets energy before it retrogrades to drag it out before the energy gets fucked up. I just follow what i can best on jos, says start before a retrograde never start in the sign of detriment ect.

Yeah I agree. Don't do a square when its planet is retrograde. Retrograde is working backwards etc. You want to begin the saturn square? Saturn is done its retrograde period so you can do it.But actually you CAN do more than one square at once. Just make sure you wait atleast 5 in between them. You can do more than one square if you can handle the energies.You CAN do more than one square. The energies won't collide or mingle or anything..as the energy for both the spiritual(the energy will already be directed to the corresponding chakra and area of the soul etc)and the material(after you do the material you PROGRAM the planetary energy for your goal)will be directed so they will not be messed up. Now it will more than likely get messed up if you are doing the SAME square for both the spiritual and material.

You are not supposed to do any planet in a retrograde state, however you can do more than one square at once. Lets say that there two squares that fall in the same month, at least give them one or two weeks so you direct the energy properly to that chakra and build a mind-body connection. Its hard to establish that connection if you are novice and learning, working with two energies at the same time can be difficult to master. Personally, I have worked two squares at the same time, and I have received tremendous results in the power of my meditations, magic, and how I am able to influence the world around me.
