Incessant autosaving of messages

In the message authoring dialog, the software of this forum has been recently updated to feature Auto draft saved! operation that is being performed once in 15 seconds.

It doesn't matter whether the message being written has been updated since the previous autosave, which is of course absurd.

The user interface is constantly bouncing this message in very distracting fashion. This is obviously a waste of resources too, creating a stream of unnecessary data writes...
