In-motion meditating

I'm speculating, but 99,9% of us performs his or her meditations when in bed, sitting or standing. But what about meditating while walking, jogging or strolling? Does anybody of you such meditations?

Infact i do... it's tricky but very surprising too...
and sometimes frightining at how i can manage to walk, cross the street and be aware of all around me while looking at my feet...actualy looking the farthest i can down with my head straight...but such exercise must be practiced at home first while doing dishes or moping...cause it can be dangerous if done right outside without a notion of the mental state...ore how your body reacts. but it can be done.

once a persn advances in power to a high level simiar to hp maxines power level then you can do a bunch of meditations while in motion but the really basic meditations like breathing and void meditation can be done by anyone while in motion. it just takes a bit of pratice but it is worth it like all good things.

This is a great technique, particularly for people who have difficulty focusing in stationary meditation. It is a method that has been used by shamans for ages. I have found myself able to go into deep meditative states doing prolonged physical activite, i.e. running, dancing or hiking, repetative motion can have a very hypnotic effect on the mind making it easier for some to achieve deep meditative or trance states.

i do i can draw energy and focus on fly even while moving my body is trained to allow an effect i call auto trance to some it would look like a stare seizure but its really what happens when a spirit comes in contact with me and my brain noticed it switches modes and does something that shuts off certain senses to turn on more psychic senses
the only catch is it takes alot of dense energy to use and will and i dont always sustain that energy

maybe i can help shed some light of in motion meditation but the only meditation i can think of the achieve that i found so far is the circulation meditation cause i dont have to do much as far as trances and mental shifts to be able to make it work so it might be useful for while on the go
