Important Ritual Question

So I ordered a ritual bell online about a month ago... it's shipping has been delayed and I don't know for how long. I need it to perform thanksgiving and standard rituals to Father Satan and have grown tired of waiting, I have a chalice and incense and such. Can I perform these rituals with Any bell, such a one from a department store? I really need to know.. I've grown so tired of waiting. Thanks alot.

You do not NEED any tools! A ritual done with no tools whatsoever is JUST as effective as if you used all those props. How do you think we Satanists did rituals hundreds of years ago, before you could order fancy bells off the internet??? Do not postpone rituals just because you don't have a bell.

You never need any props. I never use themand I don't believe in using them. I do however use through colored candles depending on who i talk to as a sign of respect. For example, if i speak to Lucifer i use black and red. If i speak to Inanna i use brown (because the store don't have a good green!)
And then ofcourse there's the self explanatory bowl for burning, in which case i just use a glass bowl and a normal glass for a chalice.

Lydia is right. Satan has given us everything we need within ourselves.
That been said, recently I was without Ritual tools, and I used what I called an Astral bell. I basically visualized a bell on my altar, picked it up and rang it, imagining the sound and visualizing neon blue sound waves cleansing my space. I reckon it worked

It is a good idea to always bathe before ritual. This shows respect.
Light your incense and let it burn 10-15 minutes to fill the room.
Write any prayers, thanksgivings and/or requests out on clean paper
Light your candles. [If you are using candle holders, they should be silver]
Fill your chalice with wine or some other drink [your chalice should be silver]
Dress for ritual. If you don't have a ritual robe, try to wear all black, if possible. Make sure your clothes are clean.

Lydia is right. I don't even have a bell and i did rituals many many times. I use something metallic that if you hit it, it resonates just as a bell does. Like i take a spoon and something that resonates and hit it. It's the same thing. Satan doesn't even care if you have items or not. What matters is in your heart.

thats something i would like to know too and since i cant use insence because im highly allirgic to smoke i was told using oils was ok so i was wondering wether i should use a traditional burner or if i can use an electric one wich would then leave the only smoke being that of the candle im using wich is unavoidable Hail Father Satan

<td val[/IMG]Yes I have found Priestess Atheron,that now that I have a silver chalice and bell,a beautiful burning bowl,an Zevism athema,an Egyptian sword and athema,and some of the most awesome candle stick holders,and incense burners,I have found that all I care about is connecting with just me,and not caring what I use for ritual.Funny that as you grow,your priorities change.Power meditation and my little Yoga mat have become the most important tools to me now.

Ritual supplies are important as they can be empowered to enhance the ritual with their corresponding elements. If you cannot get them, it is understandable and you should use whatever you can. When I first dedicated I used aluminum foil as my temporary burn bowl and a black handled kitchen knife for my athame.
