I have to reset my password. Forgot it but it keeps telling "operation failed" when I try resetting password even after putting the correct email.

I am also locked out, from my new account too. "Operation failed" with everything and every attempt, despite inputting my password correctly.
Incidentally, Mercury is retrograde now.

Same problems for me here. I had forgotten the password. I tried creating a new account but it tells me "operation failed". I guess we will have to be patient.

I’m getting the same error, and when I click restart, it completely crashes.

Tried this and again got an operation failed error.
New account didn't work for me either, I got locked out again and keep getting operation failed.
Nor have I been updated on anything regarding this, other than this thread.

I know that what i am about to write is not really a solution for the problem but i feel like this is still inherent.
I really miss Templorum. Speaking between brothers is extremely helpfull. The sensation is that you are never wasting any time (even when the chat gets really light). Even reading asnwers from other members or TGs not directed towards me directly is enough to teach me something from time to time.
If there is anything i can do to help i would gladly do it (unfortunately i am not really good at solving these type of online problems...)
At this time I still cannot login nor reset my password to our new platform. I’m still getting the operation failed error message.
