Look into doing the Magnum Opus (info on the JoS site) wherein you will eventually reach physical and spiritual perfection. It's not an instant path and, in fact, is a long row to hoe, often discouraging because of that, and normally takes years of effort and discipline, but it IS doable and it IS workable!

Also, take care of your body by working out, researching proper nutrition for your body type, age, lifestyle etc. and and eating accordingly. An "attitude adjustment" is often in order as well, as we're prone to disparage our bodies and exaggerate every flaw (and unrealistic media expectations don't help).

We are expected to be pro-active and do things, inasmuch as we are able to considering our level of spiritual advancement or development, for ourselves. That's what true power is all about. Having everything merely handed to us actually robs us of power. But, we are not gods (yet; you have to COMPLETE the Magnum Opus for that to happen) and we do need counsel, advice, and assistance periodically. That's where your guardian demon comes into play. Work very closely with him/her because it is that one who can provide specialized information/instruction to you based on your particular, individual situation.

I have an important question. Is the way in which Thoth instructed in The Eemerald Tablets of Thoth another correct way to conquer death, whereby you lie down with your head facing north/south and perform some kind of meditation for 1 hour each day. You aligne yourslf with the earth and become one with it to achieve a balance in ons's self in order to become immortal. I really have serious trouble understanding that meditation and doing it correctly. Can someoe please explain to me how to do it corectly?

Haven't started the Magnum opus myself just yet, but I find the meditation practices help a lot to begin with. This year I plan to begin. I am 45 and my stamina and appearance blows people's minds - I get jokes about having a painting in the attic that ages for me (Dorian Grey joke). I can honestly claim it is not clean living, I had many bad habits in my 20's and 30's; tanning, drugs, drink, bad food. I suspect my use of herbs and essential oils in cosmetics and food has helped, good genetics and now healthy living have helped, but I have seen so many xians who 'claim' they are virtuous (whatever that means) and look and feel like shit all the time. Our "Joy of Satan" fills us with life and light, and it ends up in our very cells.

it seems that something called Telomeres is what caused cells to die

if material immortality is a reality the existence of these things in human dna may play a key role in both mortality
and immortality

cause this is the part of cells that tell it how and when to die

this subtance is not found in cancer cells and is the reason cancer is so hard to kill off cause the cancer cells lack the programmig to self destructs or stop

to transform and the elixer takes full effect then you have to
remember my advice on circulating it daily and making more elixer

He's working on a very difficult case to help me get a past life body back to me and make sure that it's immortal so I don't lose it. He's one of my last hopes.   For a while I didn't understand why everyone called him Father Satan and he explained to me this morning via channeling that one does not need to be related in any way in order for him to be father to you, a father is someone that teaches another to learn things as if they were his own children.   He's either going to get some demons working on this case or he's going to help give me the tools I need to get it done. I'm really crossing my fingers that he'll help me out.

i recently found out why living cells die

it seems that something called Telomeres is what caused cells to die

if material immortality is a reality the existence of these things in human dna may play a key role in both mortality
and immortality

cause this is the part of cells that tell it how and when to die

this subtance is not found in cancer cells and is the reason cancer is so hard to kill off cause the cancer cells lack the programmig to self destructs or stop

it could be altered so instead of a off reh chain cancer cell but a immortal cell programed to know when to leave stuff alone could be a key to science only based form of immortality

To answer some other questions, both Count Germain and Fulcanelli were known to achieve immortality by completing the Magnum Opus [The greatest and highest working of witchcraft]. There are others as well.

For people who are working on this, open yourselves to get further directions from Satan and his Demons. Satan told me he will give me the full instructions for the working, but as for myself, this will be some time in coming, as I am not personally ready to work on this yet. I ahve too much going on in my life right now.
I can see in my hand, as my life line has now grown to spiral around the backside of my wrist and into my rascettes, which now connect, I will eventually get the formula when I am ready, which I will make public.

Those of you who are working on this- don't wait for me. Open yourselves to Satan and ask him for the next steps to work on for yourselves. This goes for anything. Some people here think they need to follow everything on the JoS. What is on the JoS is a foundation and a guide. JoS can only take you so far. Satan will help you with the rest. Do not limit yourselves.

I also want to add, some of the Kundalini Yoga exercises do regress aging. I speak from experience here. This is a small step of using more than 5-10% of the brain.
