I know this holiday is about 2 weeks off but i have been working on a poem for Satan that is not quite done yet. Satan has helped me with two quite large situations recently because of this i am working on an exposing christianity newsletter to go along with the one i completed last July. When i complete that i will post it as well.
To get back to the poem, since Imbolc is about the sun bringing life back to the earth i decided to have the poem focus on the earth which is Satans gift to his children. Please let me know what you think.
Oh praise to the master of the earth
For whose name is Enki
With hair of gold that shimmers like the summer sun
With eyes of blue as beautiful as the koro sea
A smile as astonishing as the Sumidero
A voice as soothing as a windy breeze but as vibrant and strong as a thunders roar
Skin as soft as talc
With a body built as strong as Tectona and as warm as the Sahara air
With a determination that is as everlasting as the Barberton Mountains
A will as fierce as Annapurna
A mind that is as magnificent as a storm's electrifying glare
Within is an aura as beautiful as Aurora
Oh dear Enki one must not wonder why you are the master of the earth
With a being made of the earth itself you are not hard to find
All one must do is open their eyes and their you are
You are the ground we walk on and the air we breath
You are there for this was your gift and we are your children
You care for us as we care for your gift
When I walk the paths of the earth I feel your love
For when I walk on the planets face I know you have never left
For this is your kingdom open to all who are not afraid of its journey
Each day how I enjoy taking those steps and viewing your creation
Dear Enki honor us your children with many more journeys on the footpaths of your earthly kingdom
