Last night while laying down in bed, I usually will use meditations to make me sleepy. This is because I have a hard time sleeping, I probably suffer from insomnia who knows.
But last night an image appeared and it kind of caught me off guard.

As far as the meditation that I was doing, well I really don't know what it is called. Its just something extra I usually do when laying down.
I close my eyes and get real relaxed, then just start to drift off deep, deep into my mind and explore. I also would take this time to focus on that third eye. And then spend a little time looking through my third eye. And that's when it happened.

At first it appeared to be glowing gold and then it seemed to be a vibrant white and the image was real clear.
I do recognize this image, though I just don't know why it appeared.

I wasn't doing this meditation, but it has a the exact same image I seen.
So I will use this link to show you.
IS this just some random image, or could it have some meaning?

Well it looks like the symbol of the American Medical Association. Though in ancient times, this staff was viewed as what Mercury normally carried on his journeys... This is all I can add as I'm new to this stuff and I haven't the foggiest notion of what precisely that means... I've had my own set of strange events and realizations recently, so believe me when I tell you, you are not alone!
