Any affirmation or visualization is just a means for directing your energy onto the target. Therefore, if the star of david represents the Jewish letters or other Jewish energy which you destroy, then yes that can work.

The only problem I could see is that if you use this same image for each separate Ritual, then you might lose focus on the uniqueness of each Ritual. So feel free to modify your mental image accordingly. Maybe the Jewish energy that creates war is a red star of david, but the Jewish energy in the Kol Nidre is represented by a blue star of david. Personally, i dont really fuss about it too much and just have this mental image at the back of my head, which if i really wanna specifically describe, is that the Zevist energy to be raised is this buzzing, bluish volatile bundle of energy, and any jewish letter/energy simply disintegrating whenever im finished with it... kinda like how acid dissolves cotton.
i didnt really sit down to think how best i should visualize... it just came upon me like that.

I thought the "david star"² with hebrew is the root cause, where all hebrew connects, therefore all Rituals should benefit if one fokused to destroy it.

Is it not more efficient to destroy the mental image the enemy uses to create/connect their energy?

I wanted to use blue Zevist fire, as it was said, it represents the will off Satan.

I understand what you mean, with loosing the uniqueness. But I see no way to uniting these opposites.
