I'm new to satanism. I'm a little confused. Please help

ok well I just started to get serious about spiritual satanism about a week ago. I've always new there was something different about me though. When my mom would take me to church there was just always something in the back of my head saying "Is it ok that I don't believe anything these people tell me?" I felt like I couldn't tell my parents though. But now that i'm 17 and a senior I think I can start doing what I really want to and believe what I want to. Well i've been reading basically everything on the site and I really feel like this is truly right for me. But I have no idea where to start. it said to first make a commitment to satan. I'll do that when I can. Because I'll probably get shunned if My parents find me doing a satanic ritual. They just wouldn't understand. And after that it says to start a power meditation program. That's where I get confused. Where do I start!? There is so much stuff about meditation on there. Stuff about chakras, going into trances, breathing techniques, basic mediation, advanced stuff, it's just so overwhelming. I have no idea where to start. Sorry if this sounds completely stupid.

You can do the spiritual warfare program that Kait posted. But also you can go to the power meditations page on the JoS website, and start in the beginner section and when you feel like you're good enough at those, move on. Just have a list of meditations every day. It takes lots of time and practice. But is well worth it in the end.

..Hail Satan!! Take everything one step at a time. Brothers and Sisters on here give good advice. Don't get overwhelmed with so many things at once, just start with the first thing on meditations list, or spritual warfare program give you step by step. Or just study and aquire knowledge for now. I am just assuming you have been brought up in some type of Amish based religion b/c you used the word 'shunned'. I am happy you see through the lies!

well i heard on the jos site about one of those astral temple things.  maybe you could look into that topic  my level of comprehension is not that high and i have ADD but i did find out from that part of the site if you had one it did say you could do rituals in them.  i am not sure what is the best place to make one that you may have to figure out on yer own for the most part.
but
id recommend it to be a place away from yer home.
im 28 my only problems are i live with other people and they would freak if they knew i was into JOS.  well them and my family would.
i do not make a whole lot of money so affording this stuff is hard for me but in my spare time i am researching the dedication ritual page on the jos site as well as the page that speaks of astral temple's.
