Have you read joyofsatan.org? You can talk to Father by visualizing his sigil in his head and just talk to him like he's your friend.

Have you done your dedication? You can talk to him in ritual or in your head, but since your new you probably won't hear anything back at first, plus he's very busy. If you can't hear he may answer you by sending you positive energy.
