I'm new, can you help me?

Greetings everyone!
I haven't dedicated myself to Satan yet, but i will do it on my birthday in 4 days. I have a question about the Chakras. Is it okay to open only one of them a day, or i have do them at once? and is there a specific order in opening/aligning them?

You can open them one at a time or simply all of them in a single day. We are all individual and it depends on how much we can handle and how advanced we were in the past lifes. Go with what works for you and slow down if you get overstimulated.

Also you should open them in an order given on the Jos website.

The fastest you should go is to complete an opening and do the next one the next day. But only if opening them is not intense for you. I opened and read the first link up until it mentioned epilepsy. I have epilepsy does that mean I shouldn't meditate and can't obtain what the article mentioned, "supernatural powers"?

Thanks for the help, btw is it a problem if i can't visualize colors? dunno whats wrong with me, but when i close my eyes and say red, i don't see the color of red in my head. I tried to practice it, no use, but i won't give up

1. Take a piece of paper and paint or color red on the paper.

2. Focus on it in dim light with your eyes open. It is important to keep your eyes completely relaxed when focusing on the color. Also make sure you are using your breathe and void meditation to go into a deep trance. The longer you focus on the color the better. This will create connections in the brain.

3. Next close your eyes and see the paper with the red on it in your mind. Focus on it for however long you feel is necessary. ( 5 to 10 minutes ideally.)

4. Then imagine that with each inhale the red color surrounds your entire body. On the exhale hold it there.

5. Then with each inhale breathe in the red energy into your soul. ( this includes all of your main chakras and meridians, but if you dont know where these are engulfing your light body and aura with red will do.)
Make sure to hold the red energy in and not to push it back into the astral with the willpower.

Not necessarily but SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR. Find out how severe it is and if you would be ok to start VERY gradually increasing the amount and strength of your bio-electricity. Tell him you are wanting to do Qi Gong, as there are studies that show that it does this. Of course don't say a word about Satan or these meditations. If he says no, and if you have Dedicated your Soul to Satan, then you can ask Satan for help with this.

That's what we're here for
You may still be able to open them but I would try get the visualization going at least a bit first. Another Suggestion that one of Our Brothers or Sisters here posted once, is to get a flashlight and those colored plastic sheets, I don't know what they're called but you know like in a play or at a concert, the ones they use to make colored lights. Get these in the colors of the Chakras, and place them over the flashlight and look at them. Remember them, take them in. Look at it for some time and then close your eyes and visualize it. Then when it comes to opening your Chakras you just see the same thing in a different shape.
Choose a method that seems right to you and stick with it. Work on a skill consistently, every day and you WILL acquire it. Be patient too; don't get frustrated with yourself.

If you have epilepsy or any other seizure disorder, I strongly recommend
finding a quality magnesium supplement and start taking at least 250 mg
of magnesium per day. Usually, you need about half as much magnesium by
weight as calcium, and you may be getting much less. Vitamin B6 in a
good supplement is another asset, particularly along with the other B
vitamins.

With this in balance, your danger levels are reduced. You will stand a
better chance of being able to do more without a seizure.
