DEAR, Family
I just need some opinions or answers regarding a few things.I have been doing power meditations for quite some time now and I believe my kundalini has been raised. But ever since then everything seemed to drastically increased. My energy feels alot more powerful and at times it becomes to powerful to bear. My energy feels very hot at times not only in my spine but in my entire being as well. sometimes it even feels like im getting shocked and zapped alot by it. I am also constantly feeling something Burning hot in my heart Chakra and the energy that comes from there is very strong. I am remembering alot of my past lifes and I am getting alot visions about them (like i am watching scenes from a movie). I am getting alot knowledge from somewhere but i dont know where its coming from or how I know it. I uncontrollably know things before they happen. I feel like I am becoming very wise but my confusion is blinding me from the answers to my questions. I have been getting attacked alot more but not from greys or reptilians. These beings are more powerful (they look like humans with wings, they have gold hair, blue or red eyes,thier auras are stronger). I tried the method of ignoring them but for some reason it did not work. When I stopped ignoring them and tried to fight back it seems to hurt them but I hear them say they are gods an cannot be destoryed. I think they are lying but I still dont know how to completely destroy them. My astral senses have increased alot also. i constantly have this weird feeling that i am in more than one place or dimension at the same time ( an i dont even know if that is possible at this point). I can feel and see multiple dimensions. I feel as if I am always floating in some infinite space and I feel alot of peace and blissfulness. I can somehow feel my soul changing and transforming. My soul and energy seems like a blinding light and it hurts my physical eyes when I meditate on it.
I need advice on what to do and what is happening to me Because I am Very confused. I try not to but sometimes I get very scared. so many things are happening all at once. I even tried to cut down on the power meditations but that does not work Because they have become very addicting to me ( as crack is to a crackhead). So when you have the time I would appreciate your input and help please. Thank you for your time.
