Okay having just been harassed by two greys and a nordic for about two years I'll give you some advice on what I did to get rid of them: First, completely stop smoking or drinking and try to quit caffeine if you can. If you're totally hooked this isn't necessary. But stop getting intoxicated because it *SERIOUSLY* weakens your aura. Next try to be aware of what you're thinking when you go to work or out in public and compare to when you're not there. I personally noticed in places of work there are more random nagging negative thoughts that pop into my mind which I believe is residual negative emotional energy from people/the greys and other astral parasites lingering around trying to get. Another thing, try not to get angry, jealous, afraid, anything. It is insanely difficult, believe me...I know. But this is what they feed on.
I had to move out of my house because it was always in the shadow of an apartment building so was never lit by sunlight inside for more than about an hour a day. My new house has sun all day in every inch and I've noticed a massive difference in personal energy and sense of security. Make sure you are getting enough sunlight, and also remember to absorb it through meditation. If you need help visualizing it google pictures. I just imagine the effects of restoration spells from skyrim- pure gold/white rippling energy entering your body and burning away impurities. Another thing too is the doubts in satan, I experienced that as well. And the arguments are compelling that your mind comes up with. Not all of the information of JoS is correct, that's for certain. But know that Enki is in fact real. He may never contact you bluntly, even after dedication. Attacks wont magically vanish after dedicating too, so don't think he abandoned you or didn't accept you. Those are lies. He, and the other Gods are always with us but we have to prove ourselves to them, and to ..ourselves!
More specific things you can do if you have shit tons of free time: Use the Algiz rune in visualization on all sides of a barrier around your house. Imagine like a blue force-field surrounding your house with all four variations of the rune (looks like a tree/ the letter Y almost) as vividly as you can and hold it for as long as you can. Do it EVERY DAY or night because if you're a noob like me, it wont last more than a day. IF that. I believe vibrate the rune 15 times, look it's number up though on JoS cause I don't want to give you wrong info. I didn't vibrate it though, I used specific affirmations about it protecting me, my family and pets, at all times. then imagined the inside of my house lighting up super bright whle maintaining the image of the force-fields on the outside. Do the affirmation the amount of times as the rune's number (I THINK 15!). Also, be sure not to fuck up reciting the affirmation when you're doing it, and also make sure you're meditating/in a trance, and breathing in white gold energy, and on exhale reciting affirmation in your mind while visualizing constantly.
I know this is long, but here is the last bit I did. Stop drinking tap water. Avoid television as much as possible, limit your video gaming or other entertainment that is of this horrible society the Jews made to keep us slaves. Try to do something creative or work out and distance yourself from smartphones/other modern tech as much as possible. Cover the smart meters on your house with tin foil- it works to keep most of the radiation out. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: Learn to lucid dream. Keep a journal, and start lucid dreaming. You will notice they fuck with your dreams or may start doing it. They did to me when creeping me out at night stopped working. They gave me nightmares for like a year STRAIGHT after I quit smoking weed. Keeping a journal will show you how to distinguish from a dream character, another person your meeting on the astral i nwhat you thought was a dream, or a grey. In my experience dream characters without eyes/black eyes that show up out of nowhere once lucid or otherwise to turn a normal or happy dream into something creepy, while acting robot-like and emotionless are greys. If you go lucid burn them with your mind, or muster up sensations of love for it somehow. I just went with setting them on fire because I draw and visualizing isn't that hard.
Good luck and remember to thank Satan and the Gods for being there. Also, one last thing. If you are meditating, desperate, and asking to Satan for help and you sense a presence that is irritated/evil feeling at all that claims to be Satan or a character in a lucid dream that does the same it is NOT Satan! You do not get creepy feelings from Enki.

Also another curious thing ive noticed that at certain times objects will move in my room without being touched physically i shrug this off because i dont want to assume something
