I haven't logged in a while as there was issues with the sign up, but it was resolved, my password was changed, and now it states that I have been banned and to contact support if I believe there was a mistake.

You should go into your email account, check if you have receive an email about the ban. You should be able to appeal for it.
Its probably the 88 in the name. While it might seem like it's NS, the AI bot should never assume it is. I like to think of it as infinite infinities since 8 represents infinity. So I see it as infinity times infinity.
