I received this meditation.

This meditation I received a month ago from my Guardian Demon, Seth ( while doing the void meditation ) and it is very effective so I thought I should share it.
It's good in uplifting the energy and general empowerment of the soul.
1. Inhale energy through the back of the soul and when you exhale vibrate SATANAS.
Repeat the step for 10 times and then condense the energy and put it into the back extension of the Manipura Chakra.
2. Inhale energy through the front of the soul and when you exhale vibrate SATANAS.
Repeat the step for 10 times and then condense the energy and place it in the front extension of the Manipura Chakra.
3. Now unite the two energies in the Manipura Chakra and repeat the chosen affirmation several times.
