I really need help!!!!! Please respond!

Very recently I have had some very strange and frightening happenings going on. The other day my faucet turned on, and i was paralyzed, i couldnt stop staring at it. Normally I don't cry easily but the moment i could move again i shut it off as fast as i could and sobbed hysterically. And lately in my sleep i feel like a hand is wrapped tightly around my ankle, almost like it was shooting ice up my leg.
At first I brushed all of this off but then it began seriously disrupting my meditation and i would feel a very frightening presence ripping me out of mid-meditation.deciding to wait it out one more day (stupid idea) i tried meditation again last night, when it didnt work i decided to rest, and then felt very ill like someone was clawing violently at my stomach. (I ended up dry heaving for awhile.) deciding this was no normal occurance i spoke to my friend Dauntae and he told me to see if i could get help from anyone here so please if you have any solutions help, its messing with my meditation and sleeping patterns and im worried!

Are you making sure to keep you Chakras empowered and cleansed Daily? On top of that you could also perform a banishing ritual to rid unwanted entities from your home.
