i really need help im getting nowhere

ok recently i can no longer get into a trance when i mean recently a few weeks is what i mean and before i could gvet into one with the snap of my fingers, someone told me i overpushed myself so i stopped for about 2 days scince it started happening i prayed for satan to help (started to feel like i was a jew and satan cut me off or something) that was the first time i felt his energy quite unexplainable but a few seconds later i got into a trance thats the weirdsest part because i still havent ever scince then been able to trance arfterwards ive done two standard rituals asking for help/guidance one of them it was on the eve of belantine about ten minutes away from midnight and i offered myself as a warroir for hells army and stated that i need to trance to do this, nothing recently tramuatic has happend im not particualry stressed i can still relax and also on a side note i can also not astral project (i havent before but i got a lot closer than i am now) and on another note ive had trouble sleeping about 3 days scince it happend

You're opening subject "I really need help I'm getting nowhere" tells me that you most likely have a mental and/or emotional block...

Emotional Blocks can keep people from entering a trance... I suggest bringing these emotions to the front, manifest them into something you like, perhaps a fire, then watch as that fire goes out and at the same time your emotions go out also, also I heard that imagining that the room is spinning and feel it spinning before you give yourself the falling effect helps also...

Stop giving yourself negative affirmations.
Start giving yourself positive affirmations.
Self-Hypnosis can help also if you know how.

Satan showed you that you CAN enter a trance, by putting you into one... The answer to your problems is within yourself my brother...

I believe this could help you, also, remember that positive affirmations work in conjunction with self-hypnosis and never use future/past tense words such as 'will' 'had' 'going to' 'did', as the other side of our brain does not understand Time. always stay in the present moment...
