My boyfriend and I are on vacation and this had completely thrown me for a loop. I feel depressed and anxious. I find it hard to stick to meditations because I don't really have a normal routine right now. I feel like I'm avoiding it in a way because I don't want to feel how I feel which is shitty. Any advice on getting back on track and not shame spiraling further? I've been listening to sermons but I feel afraid to face my feelings in meditation.
