I worked on my third eye today and then my 6th chakra. I used gold-white energy on my 6th chakra. My eyes have been throbbing since, and thankfully it hasn't interfered with my ability to play Fallout: New Vegas.
I still have a dull pain in my head from this. I shouldn't have done this to my 6th chakra until I have opened all my other chakras.
After I did these 2 exercises today, I made myself a bowl of noodles (that's a random thing to say). I later saw, for a second, something that looked like a faery moving across a wide open doorway. It had black and white coloring and a curled up tail. It seemed playful, so I assumed it was a faery.
This evening I looked at the kitchen doorway and a moment later, a being appeared out of thin air and disappeared between 1 and 3 seconds later, again in thin air. This was a jolly sight. I wonder if this could be my guardian deamon or a random fella who wanted to say "howdy". This being seemed to hide his intentions and feelings very good. I felt like he was urging me to continue to advance spiritually so that he could come back again and easily be seen without to much strain on appearing visible. Maybe it was my guardian deamon who appear briefly so that his bioelecticity wouldn't do any harm to me in my current stage of development.
I keep getting the feeling I'm being observed by astral entities the size of children tonight. I could feel one staring at me with gleeful curiosity and I turned to look and saw an energy the shape of a child hide away behind something. I could feel it's emotions and I picked up on it's thoughts and intentions. It knew I saw it and I frightened it by staring right at it.
I'm experiencing these things as of today, starting shortly after my meditation on my 6th chakra. I'm worried about what might come to me tonight as I sleep. I got an old person's kind of fright when the child-appearing entity was staring at me and I saw it.
I don't think I should be experiencing these things yet. I was hoping to start seeing things like this when I had all my chakras open and empowered. This is all very confusing for me. How should I proceed? I tend to overdo the meditations and have to stop when I get overloaded. The thing is, I get restless if I don't do a good few meditations a day.
