I need some help (IMPORTANT)

Hello to all fellow satanists,

I am really not the kind of person that asks for help or guidance but i really need some assistance at this time.

I was just doing my daily breathing of ether. I really never had any problem with the breaths or anything familiar.

But, at this time i thought since the breaths of energy i do them in an advanced way ( without changing my breathing and just control them with mind) to do the same with the ether and breath it from every way of my body.

The result was that i am now feeling a really weird sensations on my knees (definetely not comfortable).

Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

This is your energy flowing down into your legs and getting trapped.  This usually indicates an imbalance in your chakras, or you need to open and empower your hip chakras for better energy circulation and flow.

Have you been doing yoga? Doing yoga opens the pathways so energy can flow freely.
